Our Story
NCM was founded in 2009 following a strategic buyout from Noble Group, an Edinburgh based investment bank. The company began by offering regulated operator services to UK fund managers.
In 2012, recognising the evolving needs of the market, NCM expanded its portfolio of services to include outsourced fund administration. A year later the company further diversified by launching regulated depositary services tailored for private equity and real estate funds.
NCM opened its London office on New Broad Street in 2017, establishing a physical presence in the city’s financial centre. 2019 saw NCM commemorate its 10th anniversary, reflecting on a decade of growth and success.
In response to the growing demands of the private markets, NCM opened a regulated office in Jersey in 2022. This strategic move was aimed at providing enhanced fund solutions to both existing and new clients, further cementing NCM’s position as a versatile and client-focused firm within the fund administration sector.
